My analysis says the gg offer of 4 wht to1 gg is severely undervalued. A fair tender would be 2 wht to 1 gg.A proforma done by gg showed bookvalue for each company supports the 2 to 1 fair tender for the wht shares.I am not tendering at 4 to1.
