I just got off the phone with Mr. Zwebner, who is overseas doing UCSY business. Apparently, things are heating up for the posters that keep posting and repeating lies and libel. They fail to understand it is more evidence. I can assure you that he will continue to go after each of you that has hounded him for many years. Apparently the posters that are posting the same old stuff (and I do not mean ligitmate posts against the company or him, which he has not gone after and can tolerate, but the ones that are the repetitie false and libel posts) are in for a storm in court. Please note guys that he has been handed much of the discovery information from Elgt already and any damages to the company will be criminal not civil. He said very pointedly that " the days of mercy are over we will enfoce every judgement to the full extent" he means it too. That is not a threat but fact. He will be filing the rest of the actions against individuals very soon.
He is on the warpath against cnn, lycos, and all of the posters that have been doing this for years against him, he will take them on. I have to agree with him enough is enough, 5 years going over the same old baloney that is mostly non fact or made up.
I believe that all the internet people that did the egging on of ELGT against UCSY and giving them false info should be visited by the process server shotly (early morning for those in the PST time zones). The discovery material also showed clearly that it wans't only Roberto that was involved. I hope you guys know that Rico, torturous interference, and anti trust laws cover a lot of what was done. So the charges will be criminal not civil. You caused the company and shareholders damage, and that is what makes it a serious offence.
I took the time to post this, not as a threat but to show the posters that are not part and party to some of the crimes that they should tread carefully when making accusations and creating rumors. Go ahead keep playing the games and you too may get yourself involved over your head. You are picking on the wrong guy, Mr. Zwebner will not back down anymore he is detrmined to see this trough.
If you have any questions call the company, they will talk with you in plain language. (For the poster that will question my moties: no I do not work for the company any more and yes I still have shares and I am tired of the junk that has taken over this board.)
