Yes, we agree. I also was really uncomfortable with Dr. Hern's remarks. I wonder if anyone who has an abortion asks for the remains, to perform their own rituals? I do not see how a woman, having had an abortion, would be really disturbed if a church treated the remains respectfully and had some sort of ceremony. Of course it may stir up pain from the past that has itself been buried.
