Do you guys ever check any facts before just blurting out stuff? "... there be lots of discussion on SI 'bout some guy suing another janice shell 'cause of same name?" AZNT named a person in their highly unsuccessful suit. That person was an unrelated third-party who happened to be named "Janice Shell", a government clerk in California having nothing in common with SI's Dr. Shell, (bearing no resemblence, in fact, due in part to her Afro-American heritage). And who was the cause of this harassment to the innocent third-party and embarrassment to AZNT's legal attempt? Pugs. The private investigators he hired were "Keystone Kops" and Pugs was too stupid to properly interpret the information he had. So he got an innocent person named into that suit, which fell apart later.
