Well, with the corruption we are reading about over in Iraq its hard to imagin SOMEONE not going to the $25,000,000 reward on that fellows head. However, just for FUN I suggest we AMEND the reward. Hows this sound:
3,000,000 for a leg
2,000,000 for an arm
50,000 for an ear and so on. That way they could piece him out and we collect one piece at a time. With the finale being"
