Many of the the Tsunami countries have substantial sophisticated infrastructure. It is time for them to get on with the "foot work" of the aid. Indonesia is an OPEC country with a substantial economy. We should be happy to turn their reconstruction back to them and focus on those incapable of helping themselves. It seems the Thais are doing a nice job for themselves.
