Clip the $1 valve stems. You haven't said "dum, dum" to yourself until you have removed the valvestem on the rear "drive" wheel of a moped by whipping the locking chain out of the rim too fast. Requires a truck pickup of the moped and a shop trip to drop the whole assembly and "R&R" the tire from the rim. lindbill@dumdum.com
