I posted thi on one of the A&P boards better here I suppose.

I have, over the years, seen many lawsuits against posters and I think AZNT was one of the ones that actually may have got as far as an agreement for both sides to cease. Anyway I get a kick out of them as most of those Company's have R/S many times and / or have gone kaput.

Has anyone ever actually paid out a settlement to a company.
