If the standard of living is dropping in your area, then encourage changes in vocations and better education or take advantage of a freely available option in this country by moving to a better area....There is a natural order in the way capital flows...those that stand in the way with artificial barriers only hinder progress. Protectionism and trade restrictions brought on by failure to compete is economic cowardice.
