Last time I checked AP wasn't shorting and calling short EBAY, MSFT, INTC, now was he? The indictment refers to an NSOL short at about 2. NSOL trade 20 million volume daily? I didn't think so.

As we can see doing any real DD on AP was not an easy task without subpoena powers, we didn't have private access to the FBI database like he did. Now it no longer seems like AP and members were quite what they portrayed in public through all those fake aliases. Now you and some others are now conveniently distancing yourselves from AP when you were for all intents and purposes close to bouncers at the AP Trading Club on a daily basis for years. Lots of us remember the concerted attacks on anyone who disagreed with the Inside Truth. Methods not much different now are they, you disagree and you're an insect to be swatted, which pretty much sums up how AP et al viewed the investing public.
