Cleveland was a wannabe trader... Tony set him up with an acct to trade (Tony's $) but Cleveland lost a bunch and Tony cut him off. So much for inside information. Cleveland and Royer were buddies. I heard from a very good source that no $ ever went to Royer except the expense reimbursement. If he "worked" for Tony, he never got paid.
