I'd refer you to what SI Admin Dave clearly stated here about whether or not I have ever posted under any fictional identity, or more than one moniker at any time. Hint: the answer was the opposite of affirmative. AUSA charged AP with using a "fictional identity" to carry out the aims of the RICO enterprise, fictional identity meaning more than just a nick. It means what it says, creating a personality that is not what it represents to be. Still, I wish we could see the record re this allegation.
