Are you denying the fact that bashers create multiple ID's on Yahoo to create the image of shorts being all over the stock? If this was done after the trades by those in the know, it was likely part of the front running scheme. One doesn't have to prove every conceivable fact beyond a reasonable doubt. It's enough that every element of a crime is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
