tw,

Like you, I was in construction for decades. I've worked in high rises (in San Francisco). High rise buildings are incredibly resilient structures. They're designed to stay up, not fall down with the least bit of a fire such as was the purported cause of the implosion of WTC 7.

Re: There was never any doubt in my mind about the planes hitting the towers and this just reinforces my opinion.

Same here. I still to this day do not know what hit the Pentagon, but there certainly were 767s flown into the WTC Towers. Doubt remains in my mind, however, as to whether they were the commercial passengers jets that they were purported to be. The trick of shutting off the transponders makes for lots of interesting scenarios that don't conform to the "official story". And the government's unwillingness to provide the highest quality video of the attacks speaks volumes.

I have no reason to doubt that Alexander Filipov was on AA11 on the morning of 9/11. I still have lingering doubt that it was this plane that struck the WTC. For three years I've searched in vain for a single video or photo that showed the tail numbers of any of the purported attack jets on 9/11. Tail numbers are one of the key determinants as to what we are really looking at. And they remain shrouded in a cloud of mystery.

Furthermore, in almost every major US airline crash in recent memory, the NTSB has laboriously reconstructed the aircraft in hangars for the investigative value of such forensic activity. In the case of 9/11, for the first time in many decades, NTSB was denied the right to investigate, by a shadowy and secret new bureaucracy called the TSA, the Transportation Security Agency. This shuffling of investigation to an unknown and seemingly unqualified agency should in and of itself be a huge red flag.
