Having subscribed to both, I don't think blockbuster.com will do significant damage to Netflix.

There is too big a disparity in the quality of their offerings. If anything, blockbuster.com will alienate users who will thereafter be more appreciative of Netflix's service.

Also I think blockbuster.com's terrible service will make AMZN loathe to partner with them. AMZN is very keen on providing quality service.
