A lot of the activity relates to rolling out new services and adding additional video channels. With the Net2Phone deal we're going to be rolling out telephony services. We have our first system up and running."

"Altice One Consortium to Use Net2Phone to Offer VoCable in France
Altice One, a MSO operating cable systems in Europe, will use Net2Phone's hosted VoIP service solution to launch consumer VoIP services over its cable systems in Belgium (Coditel), Luxembourg (Coditel), and France (Est Videocommunication). The services are scheduled to be launched later this year.
Altice One's 3 cable systems pass 520,000 homes.
