Henry, what's your opinion of this strategy to "control" H5N1? content.nejm.org Using the neuramidase inhibitor seems reasonable, but unless the outbreak takes place in a very remote region, the strategy as proposed would appear to have a very low likelihood of success if human to human transmission is at all efficient. Your thoughts?
