of the MANY scams elgindy exposed, how many were a result of this FBI insider crap? 2? 3? 4? someone help out here, i don't know what specifically the gov alleged or proved. one thing i'd bet on, the number of scams he exposed with "FBI inside info" was tiny compared to the number he exposed doing good dd. add to that, the scams he exposed with FBI info seem to be thin traded small caps with not so huge overall investor impact. a frigg'n drop in the bucket compared to some of the huge volume huge cap stocks he exposed without FBI info... scams which had HUGE investor impact.

hey, he wasn't honest, he was an ego maniac, etc, etc... but lets not change too much history here.

The buyers of stock shorted to them by this group may seek legal recourse.
