RB, THks for the quick response,
1. Re the $7 fee, I was wondering if there was still some underwriter fee to come out of it, E.G usually the underwriter takes 5% or so of the initial offering price for a new share issue.

If original offer was 8, did they take 0.40 or 0.75 cents(5% of 8+7), if they took .40 will another 0.35 come out of the $7 payment...

Also, while they hold the Algoma bond I don't think they could have obtained it at par, so it wouldn't be yielding 12.38%...

Anyway, I'm not interested in buying it now, I would look at it prior to when the next installment is due and see if I can buy it cheap as a short term hold.
