It's PC to deny that race exists. Even if it means cutting off ones nose!

I hope like hell that the "hobbit" from Flores yields some DNA that is distinctly non-human. Conditions don't look promising though. That will make a lot of people reevaluate the whole issue of genetics and diversity.

As near as I can tell, we deny the significance of genetic diversity because we don't want to extend moral treatment to things not genetically identical to ourselves. Talk about screwed up reasoning!
