(1) Did anyone FORCE you to make the trades? (2) Did anyone FORCE you to follow any (or all) stock picks? Insert paying AP subscribers in those questions. Then read the indictment as it regards AP lying to and trading against those who paid him for supposedly honest advice, a fiduciary relationship of trust. Then see today's results. Maybe that also answers the implication supporting your questions.
