I like the arguments being made here. In short:

1. You can pay us for stock calls at up to $1,000 a month;
2. We can front run, trade against and otherwise lie to you even though you're paying us for honest services; and
3. When the truth comes out that we deprived you of honest services you paid for through our own planned deceit - in other words, we committed wire fraud and if planned through otherwise legitimate companies established to further deceive you, meaning racketeering - so sorry, no one forced you to follow our advice you paid us $1,000 a month for. In other words, we earned $2.5 million we demanded you pay for the calls but if we lied that's OK, your problem, you were not forced.

This reminds me of Tony's statement here about the laws as he interprets them. Seems to me others here have the same problem: they interpret the laws however their profit motive would dictate at any given time. Today we've seen that a jury of our peers doesn't quite completely agree with our laws being re-written here on SI by self-serving, congenital liars.
