I was wondering what happened to ya.
Today, I called AP "Tony." I did, because someone with remorse acts as he did in court: breaks down as he did, no defenses any more, just sadness and regret, I believe. It seems he knew this day was coming and he put up whatever defense he could, but he KNEW. Today I hope is a new day for Tony, I hope he does the right thing now with his life, does not give up and quit, changes course, makes something great of the chance I hope he gets in time to make amends. "Every passing second is a new chance to turn it all around," as Penelope Cruz's character said in the movie "Vanilla Sky."
But the sheeple, now they're another story. We've seen today when judgment finally came down some incredible arrogance and accusations that our judicial process is corrupt. Against all reality and these verdicts. So, I hope this showing of no remorse at all is properly punished if and I hope when AUSA Breen brings further indictments. These people played ball, they egged Tony on to further and worse crimes, now they desert him by saying "We knew he was deceitful all along," when the record shows they never said that, they were right in the middle of it all, profited from these schemes and now continue to believe they're immune. We'll see about that.
I'm glad though for one thing: the attacks today reminded me if I needed it why I've sacrificed so much to see justice done against Philip Berber, Leslie Moor and Christopher Rea. The work of the United States Attorney's Office renews my belief in justice, that the Internet is no safe haven for criminal racketeers.
hip hip hooooray as the "TRAIL FROM TRIALS AND THE TRIALS FROM TRAILS," may just be the beginning of the end for sheeple bleating.
Not over yet, even now it's going to take further convictions to end this kind of deceit, today not enough for some. Let's see where the trails lead. I'm very interested, because like you HGM, I believe that something important got taken from us by a congenitally lying few who thought the laws were theirs to re-write. |
