ummm oli, so what's your point?

other than (once again) making a fool out of yourself...

pluvia was on the tape... exposing a scam with elgindy... ECNC... a company that had bloated up to a 2ish billion market cap trading hundreds of millions of dollars of stock per day.

FYI, since you're too lazy to actually dd on the stories you pretend to be an authority on.... time for me to take you to school...

ecnc was halted by the sec for - strangely enough - the same info we gave to the sec, evidenced by the tape played in court... (hmmm how bout that oli?) the sec then sued ecnc in what i believe remains the fastest time on RECORD - less than a week. the sec lawsuit vs ECNC used the same facts we just happened to give the sec less than 10 days earlier.

all of this is well known by most here oli, which is why feeding you all this rope to hang yourself by has been sooo entertaining.

what's next with you, suing your parents for giving you "stoopd genes"?

>Wasn't pluvia on the tape the defense used I think 12/20/04 - I wonder what his fate will be.

Yep, here it is:

In one audio tape played for jurors, Elgindy and another short-seller named Steve Pluvia can be heard telling the SEC about a company called EConnect.
