They just plug players in and out...it's is a work of genius.> Bellecheck is very guarded, cautious and humble when interviewed by most media types. The abc affiliate here has a sportcaster named Mike Lynch who has a wonderful rapport with him - he gets into the X's and O's and it is amazing just to listen how Bellecheck thinks and what he admires. He's a cerebral character who doesn't dwell on surface bullshit - he gets to root causes of problems on his team quickly. Everyone told him not to touch Corey Dillon - he did exactly the opposite after a long one on one. Dillon said after the meeting that he respected and trusted him. The man is also relentless in his work ethic - the players know this and trust that he will never put a player in a bad situation. I think what he's doing for the NFL is important. Altair19
