The fact that there is academic research held to academic standards is probably more important than who publishes it. If you are afraid to be seen on a site because it is not ultra Democrat, then it is your loss.

So does that mean if ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, NYT, Guardian, LA Times, Wash Post, etc. publish research or polls it is so tainted by their ties to the Democrat party that I (as well as centrists and conservatives) can ignore it?

The fact is that I generally do ignore how they say things. I could not ignore what they say if I wanted to. You have indicated you are willing to read and learn from centrist sources like Fox, and from right wing entertainers like Rush. If you ignore this, it is your loss.
