Gotcha, so it's 18 months and/or your money back (all for it?). Pop can be anywhere from 10-50% on announcement or less if stock has already run in anticipation of a deal.

Long term after that all goes to the fundamentals of the acquisition.

Are you in MSMA; and if so warrants (please specify) or common? This will be on my radar for a trading idea.
