Theories abound regarding wmds. Some think saddam was fooled by scientists who didnt/couldnt produce them in sanction period or just didnt want to. Others feel they are in syria, iran or hidden. Who knows at this point? I wouldnt invest too much capital in one theory or another at this point. Suffice it to say all nations thought they existed. And if saddam had stayed in power and got out of the sanction box, he certainly would have gone back to work in the family wmd business. Those are certainties. The rest is crapola so dont fall into the gst/ed trap of being sure about anything to do with wmds. Its a giant clusterf**k and like the kennedy assasination, the truth may never be known. Mike
