Verdad, to belabour the point, if Globalstar had used the right marketing strategy, they would now have 6 million subscribers and the phones would be swanky little cyberspace devices complete with gpsOne and other services. That would have required a new constellation to provide capacity, speed and coverage. The new constellation, which was already being planned way back in Y2K, would now be airborne. Mqurice
