Look i never expect to be in this situation but i certainly want my police and military to do whatever they can to prevent a catastrophe. Of course there are risks and the person may turn out innocent. I am aware of this. But occasionally things are clear cut. You capture the terrorist who is shooting at you. You see he has a pc detailing the nuke attack. You do what you have to. But i wont debate this any further. It really isnt FP and i hope the reality is never upon us. mike
