Maybe. But of course it wasn't Tony who discovered the FTC suit; it was someone on the HITT board whose name I forget. No one paid attention till David Evans wrote an article about it. That precipitated the crash. And then gradually everything else came out. Tony had covered long before that, and was no longer following the stock. The work was done by those of us posting on the SI and RB HITT boards.

He met Royer later on in 1999. Perhaps his thinking was along the lines of "Maybe every POS could be a HITT". So, continue that with a new contact (Royer) who might have access to difficult to find info and ...
