as i recall, when the market slowed and trades were tougher to find, tony started making some very weird calls. i'd see a call, look at the stock and wonder what he was thinking.... they were typically thin, no pop and nothing i saw indicated it was a good short....

a 30 second review said ignore that idea... i think that was when NSOL was called. my *guess* is the problems started then, as identified by these stocks that didn't fit the typical short mold. but then, that's just a guess.

if true that suggests this issue only happened late in the game... fbi searches by royer would have told the real story i'd guess. maybe we'll never know. wait, maybe i can get that cute fbi agent to give me some inside info and.... (just kidding breen)
