CI has always provided some good info -- but the dude is a bit of a perma-bear on bonds.

Not very flexible in his thinking -- but I still think it is one of the few publications that is more than worth the price of a subscription -- not only does he dig up some stuff you can't get anywhere else -- but the stuff that he provides, which you can get somewhere else -- he puts it together very well.
