This has probably been discussed . Excuse my absence . The baby boomers will be starting the great die off soon . It will put all the homes built and bought in the market expansion starting 79 up for sale . Are housing prices expected to stay flat or to trend down over the period of the die off. My estimation would be from 2011 to 2021 which is based on something probably from h.dent .
