5. At InsideTruth.com, as with most leading sites, information provided as factual about a company would be supported by reference to its source.

6. The references would be a quotation and or link to for example a publicly available news story or an SEC filing

7. When AP made statements about criminal convictions, though standard practice was to demand solid evidence through credible reference to facts surrounding a corporation and/or its officers, I never requested AP provide me or other site members with his sources

8. I have called AP a liar in public

9. I nevertheless never asked AP where the information originated

10. I traded the information without confirming its source
