Tom, it's the fourth time NT hit this stock price range within the last year. It's my turnaround stock play. Nevertheless, I have at least 80% of my portfolio in cash and short term treasuries since last year. I either buy stocks cheap or I don't buy. I'm always entertained by institutional money managers using other people's money to drive stock prices.
