Yes we do think a like. :)..

I too, like to eat low on the food chain for one reason, it leaves less of a 'footprint'. And if ONE person, one animal etc. leaves less of a 'footprint' it leaves "room" for a better life for all others. But it should not mean it leaves room for more. Because more of 'others' human or otherwise will fill up that space and defeat the purpose. And in eventuality would smother themselves out..

I never thought of us being analog or digital thinkers.. Very good. LOL.. I am probably both.. Some things are blurred like what we are talking about, but other things are 0 or 1, for example, like the war..

But getting back to life and death and such, actually I believe like Edward Abbey, who said something like this, "We owe the Earth a Body"

EDIT:: For life is a zero sum game in my mind. It is sort of like "plate tectonics' in the big picture of the Earth.. One plate dives under another in a sudduction zone and the material is eaten up but similar or 'daughter material' reemerges on the big island or some other place.. :)
