maybe SI would be willing to order them, I've done it before and the clerk needs to be called and a request made to the court reporter.

As I'm sure you know, it's all done on computers nowadays, so it really shouldn't be expensive. Naturally that isn't to say it's not.

lol, in SEC v AZNT, the SEC got so pissed off that they actually entered Mad Mikey's depositions into the record, so they became available on Pacer. They're right up there with the top ten funniest things I've ever read. Ever.
