Bill, let's not split hairs, we were not talking about new law. We were talking about an unrelated state case's application to a federal question case. Sure, always possible a federal judge will be interested in state law in the absence of any federal law, but when it comes to Exchange Act violations, with the thousands of cases concerning that federal question law, providing state law would be a bizarre strategy.
