Another poster indicated that Cramer was investigated for having an associate trade against his call. Now that would be relevant to the discussion here and, if true, he should have been punished That was me, and I stated that Cramer was investigated and ultimately cleared. As in, he hadn't done anything illegal. You can read all about it in his book if you like.
