Jeff...I would be carefull if I were you...IMO...Thou protesteth too much...and too late!!! FG/Chooch, nice to hear from you. I thought about you when I heard Gary Swancey (GaBard) passed away ( tributes on Subject 20437 ). Pass the word onto others on RB if they hadn't heard. As per you comment about protesting too much, it's in reference to the legal precedents I perceive coming from this case. Perhaps when I see the transcripts I'll feel differently-- that the jury got it 100% right. Or perhaps I'll think Tony's lawyers screwed up and he got hosed. Who knows. Bottom line is that there are still many unanswered questions many of us have a direct benefit in having resolved. - Jeff
