Paul,

And a valuable opinion too. I was quoting from the SCI 10K SEC Report. I've also been systematically reading all of the SEC filings from publicly traded ECM's as part of my flip chip review which we'll post in a couple of weeks. So far except for a few companies who do SMT for circuit boards, there aren't a lot of the ECM's doing SMT-types of work from what I've seen so far.

Now I've yet to review the SEC filings for OEM's who also contract out their services such as IBM. So I'll avoid making any sweeping statements yet- but in your opinion how difficult would it be to convert an SMT Assembly Line (if any adjustments are needed) from ciruit board work to flip chip work?

Sincerely,

Doug F.
