James, I meant that we need more Christianity in this nation to quell the surge of bachanalian conduct in this nation. Pornography, narcotics, stealing, single parent families, disregard for the laws of the land, etc., are rampant in society, and are reaching the point of no return in our version of the fall of the Roman Empire.

Radical Christians may be making some noise, but they have no chance of taking control of anything. The odds are too heavy against them. GW is not indebted to anyone now. He can't run again, and doesn't have to worry what any group may think of him. If Dobson is holding back an issue to bargain for one of his pet peeves, he is not the right kind of Christian, and will get nowhere with his little scheme. There is little chance of a ban against gay marriage getting passed. There have been homosexuals on earth since time began, and they are not about to go away. If they are set on that lifestyle, there is not law that will stop them, but I don't like the idea of them receiving the benefits of a man/woman marriage. If they choose to deviate from the norm, they should pay the penalty.

Your second paragraph is just the bitter rantings of a liberal who lost the election. There is no way he will gut those programs, and force religion down any one's throat. If you really believe something like that will happen, you need to see a professional about your paranoia.
