if true, at the minimum, every analyst with a position, many banks and every pr firm with a position would be guilty of manipulation.... that all told would be a large chunk of wallstreet.

from what i read in the prosecutions case vs elgindy, this is a point they seem to try to make, unfortunately until we can examine the details of the charges royer/elgindy were convicted on, we won't know if the jury bought it or struck it down.

if they bought it, i assure you there will be a grassroots effort to overturn the notion on appeal. the likes of which may make history. the issue deals directly with internet freedoms that would stir a beast so large in its resources the ausa would be dwarfed in comparison.
