I suppose it doesn't as much argue for socialized health care as it says movement in that direction is inevitable.

That wasn't my reaction. I'm not embarrassed to say that I balk at the notion of paying $33K per person to extend life for a year. Think about it. That's a hundred dollars a day. I think that's outrageous.
