Bernard, There are two quite different patents that REGN owns. The key one is a use patent that hasn't yet been the subject of any court battles. Obviously the stock has gone down - their autism trial failed. What happened to the stock price before is totally irrelevant. The focus here has to be what happens going forward. Peter
