East Asian countries (I guess they meant those so-called "little dragons") developed by exporting, this is hardly a model other big nations (like China or India) can follow, regardless how is the population base.

The reason for China to develop at a pace like in the last 25 years is largely due to his family planning policy. I remember we have argued about this, and you disagree.

That is why I think India would be always slower in terms of economic growth comparing with China, simply because of his population increases much faster than China's.
