I think the SCOTUS has held that the F bomb, used in a political context, is protected speech.

In any event Florida experimented with regulating the content of bumper stickers and it didn't work out too good, they gave up on it.

The only way to prevent the further vulgarization of our society is vigilante action. As you point out, a sticker that basically says "f you" is an attack on other drivers and their families ... it is our civic duty to make sure the attack doesn't go unpunished.
