Ross--Boiler Room Discount Brokerage did not go bust. A scant few of you may have suffered some losses (to the extent of everything) but the brokerage has weathered the market swings and the class action suits.
I am back in action too, after a while the Dalmation Coast of Croatia, the French Riviera, and Rio do tend to pale and I am back in the US to roll up my sleeves and get back into the market. [My absence coincidentally was just as long as the statute of limitations so don't bother your lawyers and the authorities.]
For those of you who may have been concerned about your frozen accounts, they are active again. I will be sending you the paperwork soon. There is a small formality of you needing to sign the various waiver forms, be sure to do that first.

Rainy Day Woman--I would suggest you do what I did. Look for a liver from a Jehovah's Witness or strict Mormon. Since they never touch alcohol it is like starting all over with a new one. My transplant is doing great.
