I didn't give you my "permission" to do anything. What I indicated was that I wasn't going to "require" him to provide you with anything, if for no other reason than I have no standing to do so.

If he wants to provide that information it's solely within his prerogative to do so.

That too is solely within his prerogative.

By the way, asking someone for their own information is not a TOU violation per se. Posting something that invades someone's privacy is, as is soliciting someone else to violate a user's privacy.
